This is another tough call. Nemo is just so cool that it's hard to think badly of him… even though he locks up Aronnax, Ned, and Conseil, and ruthlessly destroys other ships. The thing is, we're never sure if his actions are justified or not.
So, like Aronnax, we don't want to say that Nemo's a bad guy. Also, did we mention how cool he is? Dude makes cigars out of seaweed.
