Defendant (Apollo) accused of the unlawful transfiguration of his lover, Cyparissus, into a tree.

Case Status: Dismissed. The investigation revealed that Cyparissus had asked the defendant to turn him into a cypress tree after the young man accidentally killed his beloved pet deer.
