Glory

Air traffic controllers either love their job or quit. As stressful and routine as the job is for many people, the environment is exciting. There are always variables that affect how a controller performs each duty. These variables may be runway conditions, a strong wind, or even rowdy passengers who delay a flight while they're removed.

Controllers must be able to consider all of these variables when coordinating flights and advising pilots. The glory at the end of the day is a job well done. The pay doesn't hurt either.
