Bartender

Odds of Getting In

Just like Phil. (Source)

The odds of getting in are very good. Bartending is easy work to pick up—you don't need high ACT scores or a mind for engineering. Just work your way up and you'll be behind that bar in no time.

Also, bartenders are a roving bunch. Lots of movement into the gig, and lots of movement out. If you don't yet have a job, just hang out in a bar waiting for the current bartender to get fed up with one of the customers, throw a glass or two, and get fired. Right place at the right time.
