Make it through training, and then prepare for a long career. Once you have the job, it’s up to you to keep it. Don’t be the guy that overlooks important details or tampers with evidence. Be a good listener who respects the law. Your main job is to investigate, so do it well. Don’t be a hot shot, hot shot.
