There’s an old Hollywood saying: Order your In `N Out burger “Animal Style.”

Sorry, wrong one. Our sayings get very food-oriented when we’re hungry.

“You’re only as good as your last picture.” There we go. You have to make movies that turn a profit, over and over again, in order to keep working. To make matters worse, you could produce ten successful films back to back. But if you produce one flop, one movie that loses money, the stink from that movie will haunt you the rest of your life. Believe it or not, even Steven Spielberg has fallen on hard times and hasn’t been able to make the last few movies he’s pitched.
