Fire Fighter

You technically don't need more than a high school diploma to become a fire fighter, although the trend is that more and more of these jobs are going to those with a postsecondary education as well. You're mostly being hired for your muscle, but you need to have some smarts on you, too. Hosing down the wrong building isn't going to earn you employee of the month.
