Most folks, when they encounter a computer problem, throw their hands in the air (like they just don't care) and give up. Not you, though. You're willing to spend hours trying to determine why the Wi-Fi in your office building no longer works...not that it'll take you hours to figure this out, because you're an IT manager. You know how to operate both Dells and Macs. You can kick a server back on remotely at three in the morning without ever really waking up.
