Prof. Arnold Schwarzenegger is famous for his pioneering research in the terminator rules of time travel, but is also known for addressing the North American Astrophysicists Convention on the subject of why the most important thing in your life is gravity. For law professors, so far as physical pain is concerned, gravity is their biggest enemy. They have to do a lot of standing, leaning on podiums, pacing. It’s not exactly standing in crossfire, but a slight foot discomfort is about as close as a law professor will come to being in physical danger.
