Know more than we do? Tell Us!

Music therapy is supposed to relieve stress not cause it, right? Of course—to your patients. But there’s bound to be a little bit of stress when it comes to you, the provider of stress relief. Just ask a massage therapist.

The thing is, you want to provide your clients with the best possible experience and outcome, right? And so the pressure you put on yourself may feel like, well, stress. (Maybe not the stress Batman and Spiderman feel when trying to save their respective cities from bad guys but still, it’s all relative.)

So what do you do? Well…remember what William Congreve said? Soothe your stressful soul with some music! Heal thyself, physician, heal thyself.
