Salary

Average Salary: $400,000

Expected Lifetime Earnings: $1,600,000

The average salary is $400k. Well, since there's only one of these, that's the only salary. You're the highest paid government employee in the country. Still, kinda sucks that you can't give yourself a raise. After all, you are the President.

The great thing is that, once your job is officially over, you're taken care of for the rest of your life. Add on top of that mammoth fees for public appearances ($300k per speech), sale of your memoirs ($15 mil), advisory position for that private equity firm you now work with (another $15 mil)—not to mention all of your sneaker endorsement deals—and you'll be making far more post-Presidency than you did while you were in office. We're still working on a way you can skip right to being an ex-President. We'll let you know how that goes.

This guy is a very high skipper.
