Glory

Property management is a behind-the-scenes kind of job. You'll make sure that your complex is nice and clean and safe, and none of your residents will recognize how good they have it until the guy in Apartment 4A burns the place down while trying to cook fajitas for his new girlfriend.

This isn't to say that corporate won't someday acknowledge that you run your property effectively, keeping your units rented out and your resident turnover low. It's just that corporate has 600 other complexes around the country that it manages, and you're in charge of a medium-sized property in Tampa.
