You're on television as a source of knowledge and authority on sports. What more do you want?

Keep in mind, however, that ratings and viewership differ drastically from SportsCenter to Channel 6 Sports at 10. Being on television in Des Moines, Iowa, covering the Iowa Hawkeyes and almost nothing else is a lot different than being on New York television with almost a dozen professional sports teams to choose from.

You're probably not going to get accosted on the streets of Des Moines by some overzealous sports fan who thought you were amazing on TV last night. The people of Iowa are a lot nicer than that.
