There are loads of legal jobs, which is good because there are loads of trial lawyers out there. The good news is that if you’re willing to do the time (educationally and not behind bars with Bubba) and spend the money, you have a decent shot at making it as a lawyer.

You can significantly improve your chances of success, financial and otherwise, by getting good grades, attending a well-respected law school, and beefing up your resume with super-duper summer clerking jobs.
