Know more than we do? Tell Us!

As long as there are lawsuits, there will be trial lawyers. You have the dumb lawsuits like the failed homecoming queen suing her school for not awarding her the crown. Go ‘Mericah! And you have the important lawsuits like Brown versus the Board of Education that desegregated public schools and marked the start of a new era of American race relations. Yeah, that was a pretty big one.

Regardless of the importance, size, legal issues at stake, and dollars, there will always be lawsuits. Because for some reason, we really love suing each other.
