As any gambler will tell you, there are good dealers, and there are bad ones. And it’s not just dependent on the quality of the cards they’re dealt.

Dealers who are on the ball and move swiftly without making errors will be appreciated by the casino’s patrons… not to mention that the speedier they deal, the more the casino makes. That performance will be rewarded in continued employment.

Casinos, along with other venues that offer forms of entertainment, can often take a hit during tough economic stretches… but fortunately, gambling is addictive! So whether or not your regulars have the money to spend in your establishment… they will find a way.
