Yours is one of the safest career paths imaginable, considering you get to sit in one place tapping away at a keyboard all the live-long day. Because you’ll be in front of a computer all day, you do have to worry about eye strain, carpal tunnel and neck and back problems, but that's the extent of it. Writers also are exceptionally prone to having their heads baked in ovens, so watch out for that, too.
