Requirements:

Minority students in business-related fields can land help with their tuition, fees, books, and supplies through Vanguard. These merit-based awards prize "academic excellence and leadership potential" above all else, so keep those grades high and schmooze with extracurricular coaches and club sponsors who can attest to your leadership capabilities.
