- Good news: somebody has tried to kill Hitler. Unfortunately, Hitler managed to get away with just a few scratches and burns. But it shows that a lot of generals and officers are sick of the war, too. Maybe it’ll make the war end sooner.
- Hitler lets his army know that they may shoot anybody who was involved in this attempt on his life…without a trial.
