  • Anne again comments on how much she has grown up recently. She’s pretty much disillusioned by her parents.
  • Anne talks about how she values honesty and how she wants to be truthful even when it’s not pleasant. She tells us about a disagreement that she had with Mrs. van Daan and how she told the woman to her face that she disagreed with her, and it all turned out OK.
  • Anne’s hoping she’ll get to kiss Peter.
