Character Analysis

Madam Malkin owns a popular clothing store in Diagon Alley called Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions. It is interesting to note that while many stores have shut down in Diagon Alley, hers remains open. When Harry and Draco draw wands in her shop at the beginning of the year, she grows flustered and frightened.
