Hera (Juno) Gossip

Spotted... on Mount Olympus or Asgard. xoxo Gossip Shmoop

In the TV show Battlestar Galactica, Hera is the name of a child who is half human and half Cylon.

Do you think it's a coincidence that the Academy Award-winning movie about a pregnant teenager is named Juno? We don't. Juno (a.k.a. Hera) was the goddess of women and is often associated with childbirth.

Juno is the name of a NASA spacecraft, launched August 5, 2011, that is going to study Jupiter (source).
