Character Role Analysis

Theodore Hickman (Hickey)

When a man talks as much as Hickey, it’s not hard for him to fill more than one role in a play. Hickey guides the drunks at Harry’s almost the entire time he’s on stage. He tries to teach them the lessons he’s learned. He tries to show them what it takes to be happy and at peace. Eventually, he gets them to follow his advice, but things don’t turn out the way he planned.
