Character Analysis

The son of Biscarrat, a worthy adversary who made his appearance in The Three Musketeers. Biscarrat's presence in The Man in the Iron Mask hearkens back to the Musketeers' youthful experiences and heroic deeds. Like his father, Biscarrat is an honorable man who has the misfortune of fighting against the Musketeers when, under other circumstances, they might have been close friends.
