Mockingjay

Mockingjay

by Suzanne Collins

Caesar Flickerman

Character Analysis

Caesar is the official interviewer of the Hunger Games contestants. He has a much larger role earlier in the trilogy. He appears at two pivotal moments in Mockingjay, though, interviewing Peeta on camera. As an interviewer for the Capitol's side, he can be seen as someone who contributes to their manipulation and works to repress the rebellion.
