Patroklos

Sometimes spelled Patroclus. One of the shades Odysseus sees in the Underworld. Patroklos was Achilleus’s best friend. The Iliad tells how, after Patroklos was killed by Hektor, the greatest Trojan warrior, Achilleus swore revenge. He killed Hektor, and thereby sealed his own doom.
