Tangerine Part 3, Chapter 11 Summary

Sunday, December 3

  • The newspaper comes. Antoine is exposed. All victories of the Lake Windsor team are nullified, along with every record set by anyone on the team.
  • Mr. Donnelly has also written an article defending Antoine's record, but it doesn't seem to help much.
  • Paul's dad acts shocked about the news, and together with the coaches and other parents, decides to blame Antoine alone.
  • But Paul argues with his dad, insisting that he knew Antoine wasn't from the neighborhood. His dad bows his head in defeat.
