What Nightmares May Come

The 2006 film Nightmares from the Mind of Poe depicts Edgar Allan Poe as he struggles with the many nightmares (about family death and other tragedies) that he reportedly experienced during much of his life. The movie adapts not only "The Tell-Tale Heart," but also "The Cask of Amontillado," "The Premature Burial," and "The Raven."
