Now we appear to be at Will's house, where he's doing normal around-the-house stuff—you know, cleaning the gutters and helping with dinner.
Will tells his wife about stuff that's happened recently in Iraq (as reported on the news, we assume). He remarks that they need more bomb techs. She doesn't say anything in response.
Later, we see Will playing with his son and talking to him.
Will says that as you get older, the number of things you love becomes fewer and fewer; you might even love only one or two things. Will says that in his case, it might only be one. Hmm, do you think he means his kid? His wife?
