Theseus and Pirithous

Complainant (Hades) brought charges of attempted kidnap against Pirithous and Theseus for conspiring to steal his wife, Persephone.

Case Status: Complainant sentenced Pirithous and Theseus to permanent imprisonment in the underworld. The hero Heracles rescued Theseus, and to date he is still at large.
