The partnership with Shmoop focuses on providing more equitable access to high-quality Advanced Placement (AP^®) test prep. This large district has found that Shmoop's culturally-responsive resources address the specific needs of a growing, diverse urban student body.

Jordan High School created a gamified "Shmore" program for AP Test Prep, where students can compete and cash in their Shmoints. Rumor has it that the unifying cry at their pep rallies was: Please sir, we want some Shmore!

PUTNAM COUNTY

All Putnam County teachers have access to Shmoop's suite of digital resources, which includes comprehensive curriculum materials for grades 5-12.

THE STATE OF UTAH

As of 2014, every high school student, teacher, and administrator in Utah has unlimited and secure access to Shmoop's ACT through a partnership with the state. Since then, approximately 160,000 students in the grand ol' Beehive State have taken the ACT. Needless to say, the latest buzz word in Utah starts with shm and ends with oop.

Shmoop's detailed skill breakdowns of each question, matched to Common Core Standards, are allowing this school to measure student progress throughout the year.
