Advertising Club Of New York

An intentionally non-profit organization for folks in the advertising, marketing, and associated, tech-related industries that is, unsurprisingly, located in New York. Besides avoiding taxes, this non-profit provides education, networking, and other professional development/access opportunities to members, as well as stroking their self-confidence with its annual ANDY Awards.

Little Connie Curtains grew up in Schenectady, NY with dreams of moving to the big city and tricking people into buying things they didn't need. When she met Robert Silver, an ad exec from Madison Avenue, he invited her to join the AD Club where she learned the skills necessary to conjure a speaking Chihuahua that wants tacos, a creepy monarch shilling burgers, and a bunch of dudes selling beers by asking "Whazzzzzuppppp?"
