Alien

This is not somebody from Mars, although we wish it was. Instead, alien refers to someone who works in the domestic country, but hails from a foreign one. They don't necessarily exist in that country illegally...they simply showed up to work for whatever reason grabbed 'em. We'll hope they left their probes at home.
