Alternative Investment Market - AIM

Aim low. AIM, or Alternative Investment Market exists as a subset (i.e., the little circle living entirely inside the big circle Venn diagram) of the London Stock Exchange. AIM was created so that small companies can access the public markets without the onerous requirements of massive filings required of the large mega-cap companies that exist on the exchange.
The sizes of the companies involved range from small, early-staged, venture-backed dreams, to more established businesses looking to market their investments to a buying public with low friction.
