Badwill was a proposed sequel to Good Will Hunting. It never got the funding.
Badwill, logically, is the opposite of goodwill, and is known as "negative goodwill." Badwill occurs when a company purchases an asset below net fair market value. Typically, badwill happens when a company purchases another company that seems to have a particularly bleak future.
