Most people don't know that this was the original name for SugarDaddies.com.

Part bank, part financial advisory firm, part Français, the Banque d'Affaires is a financial institution which does not deal in traditional deposit or credit business, but instead provides capital and counsel for corporate clients. They are in the business of moving money, and serve as intermediaries for any number of corporate financial dealings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), corporate takeovers and acquisitions, debt management etc.
