Bilateral Tax Agreement

Imagine getting taxed twice, just because some bozos have overlapping jurisdictions. That’s what bilateral tax agreements are for: they provide people and companies in areas that might be double-taxed with a special tax treaty that allows them to pay tax only once. This can improve tense relations between areas and improve tax evasion (in theory, anyway).
