Bottom Fisher

Hey, people have had weirder fetishes. Don't ask.

Bottom fishers and bargain hunters are like cousins—they both love a great deal. Bottom fishers are investors who basically keep their eyes peeled for stocks whose prices drop significantly. Then they swoop in and invest in the ones they believe are just temporarily down (because of bad publicity or something silly) and will quickly recover.

Think of it like browsing through a yard sale in hopes of discovering a treasure.
