Broad Form Insurance

Categories: Insurance

Insurance that goes above and beyond basic (and is priced accordingly).

Like most people, Taylor Swift has life insurance and health insurance to cover basic risks and needs. But, since her livelihood is so dependent on her singing ability, she also wants to protect against losing her voice.

To do so, TayTay takes out additional, broad form insurance coverage to specifically protect against lost wages from an inability to perform owing to vocal cord damage. Now, the next time T-Sweezy has laryngitis, she can just shake it off without worrying about it causing a blank space in her paycheck.

Sadly, it's too late for Mariah Carey to learn by Swift's example.
