Broad Form Storekeepers' Insurance

Categories: Insurance

A policy that covers damages resulting from theft of assets or vandalism for a storefront business.

Mario and Luigi operate a hardware store. (Sadly, their plumbing business failed.) A local teen, Bowser, broke into the store one night in hopes of stealing cash from the register so he could afford to take his crush (and Social Media celebrity), Princess Peach, out on a date.

As he snuck around in the dark store, Bowser slipped on a puddle of Turtle Wax (or was it a turtle?), setting off the alarm and forcing him to rush out without procuring the cash. While nothing was ultimately stolen, Mario and Luigi decided that it would be a good idea to get some broad form storekeepers’ insurance, just to be safe.
