Brokerage Supervisor

The same as a manager at McDonald’s, Popeye’s, or Panera, but for financial products instead of food.

The brokerage supervisor is the person who oversees the activity of financial brokers, tracking their performance, and ultimately deciding which ones stay or get fired. They are usually people who were once merely brokers and showed a combination of promising revenue generation and a willingness to, um...sleep with the boss.
