Budget Manual

The set of budgeting instructions and standards written by an organization’s budget committee.
When Jose started his tequila company, he was making small batches out of a makeshift distillery in his garage, and was able to track his cash flows fairly easily. Years later, after his distilling empire grew and financial operations became more complex, Jose realized that he needed more structure for managing finances.
At that point, he turned to his CFO, Manuel, for help...and within a month, the company adopted Manuel’s Budget Manual as their gospel for how to request, spend, and be reimbursed for operating expenses.
