Business Asset

Property, plants, or equipment intended for business purposes.

Vlad was a shrewd real estate magnate. After building a business empire, he decided to hatch a scheme that would ensure his riches would be secure forever. He became friendly with the village idiot, Donnie, who was very charming but...not very bright. Typical for village idiots.

Vlad then encouraged and supported Donnie to run for President, which he did and won. Knowing that his position could help his friend Vlad’s business, he thought he was a business asset. In actuality, it was the White House that Vlad eventually bought for his business portfolio that was the business asset.
