Business Liability Insurance

Business Liability Insurance is also referred to as Commerical Liability Insurance, and insures the business against claims of property damage and injury.

This would come into play if the business was sued, say, because someone slipped on a banana peel in the parking lot. This insurance would potentially (depending on the policy purchased) cover the lawuit expense (attorneys) as well as reimburse the person who slipped for their medical costs.
