The Business Model is a summary plan showing every piece of the business.

It starts with the value proposition, which is a summary of what the company offers and why it's special. It then outlines how the business will create revenue and make a profit, along with outlining all the expenses the business will incur doing so. It also includes all the services and products the business will be creating, and how those will be marketed.
