Heavy duty stuff. These are the things used to make or deliver other, smaller things, usually known as "consumer goods" and/or "services." That device you're reading this on? Consumer good. The buildings, machines and vehicles used to build and transport it to you? Those are capital goods.

Your dry cleaner is a service provider but their laundry machines are capital goods (and, yes, if your mom does your laundry, then the washer/dryer becomes a capital good in that scenario).
