Corporate capital to a corporation is similar to a compilation of accounts to any normal person. The new iPhone is calling your name, but your job at the mall isn’t really going to support that monthly payment. Anything you can pull money from to make sure you get that sweet new phone is part of your own “corporate capital.”

In the case of corporate capital, the list of these assets that a company may use to finance operations is, of course, a bit more extensive than an individual's would be. It can include things like shares of stock, debt instruments offered by the company, and profits.
