Critical Path Analysis - CPA

There are many ways to complete a project, but you most likely want to choose the path of least resistance, in the quickest and most cost-effective way.

Critical Path Analysis (CPA), or the Critical Path Method (CPM), helps you plan all tasks that must be completed as part of a project. It will help you prepare a schedule, list each activity necessary to complete the task, and define all the resources you will need. It will also show dependencies, and what will happen if the usual suspects don’t pull their weight and complete their part on time.

Critical Path Analysis coincides nicely with Murphy’s Law, where anything that can go wrong, will go wrong, and at the worst possible time.
