Cum Warrant

Cum warrant (Latin for "with warrant") usually refers to a bond that has an attached warrant (called a bond cum warrant).

The buyer of the bond can now purchase shares of the company that issued the bonds at a specific price for a particular time frame, usually for several years. The investor can also trade just the warrant itself, separate from the bond.
