Daily Average Revenue Trades - DARTs

Stockbrokers are closely watched by their employers to make sure they're pulling their weight and then some. One of the measurements they use is the Daily Average Revenue Trades or DARTs.

This number measures the number of trades per day that the broker makes to generate revenue through commissions or fees.

DARTs are also a key indicator for the health of a business. This way, a business can avoid having to turn its head and cough.
